LPHA Oregon Public Health Modernization CCA

Important Notice!

Unfortunately, an error has been discovered in the FPHS Capacity and Cost Assessment (CCA) Tool. On Worksheet 09. Needed Labor, there is an inaccurate data validation rule that is creating issues with adding additional positions. Apologies for not finding this prior to disseminating the tool.

To fix this, there are two options:

(1) Use the updated tool that was sent to you by Andrew Epstein on June 4th and re-enter your data into the updated version. If you opted to do this, please contact beck.wright@redegroup.co to confirm you are operating with an updated tool.

(2) Send your assessment to beck.wright@redegroup.co and they will transfer your data into a new tool and send it back to you.

Rede is contracted by OHA to support OHA’s local public health authorities (LPHA) in assessing their current spending and capacity for the public health modernization foundational programs and capabilities and determine the needed investments to fully implement the public health modernization framework. Through this project, Rede will:

  • Develop materials that guide and support LPHAs to conduct public health modernization capacity and cost assessments

  • Provide training and technical assistance to LPHAs to complete assessments

  • Analyze and report on assessment results

This website is for individuals working in governmental public health systems to complete the Oregon Public Health Modernization Capacity and Cost Assessment.
