Q: What works well in a strategic planning process to ensure the use of the strategic plan?

A: At the December 14 meeting, all staff were asked to reflect on previous planning processes and products and, drawing from personal experience, send an email to Jennifer with lessons learned about which planning methods and products yielded the best results in terms of utility.

Q: How will the plan be communicated, and how much will be internal to the bureau instead of public-facing?

A: (draft based on feedback from 12/14) The plan will be for commercial tobacco prevention practitioners and partners in NY, but it will be available to the public.
